GIFT  PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, INC.

GIFT Permanent Supportive Housing, Inc., a  501 (c) (3), non-profit organization, operating since 2002.   GIFT Permanent Supportive Housing, Inc., is  CARF ACCREDITED, under their Community Housing standards.  GIFT provides  Safe, Affordable, Permanent and Rapid Re-Housing for adult men and women age 21 and older.  Admission is done within 24-48 hours for individuals with an income, or a Sponsorship arrangement. We also provide comprehensive supportive services,  Intensive Case Management, and Peer Support services.   GIFT housing facility is located in Atlanta, GA. near MARTA bus lines and train stations.  Our GIFT housing  facility consist of  two bedroom apartments, fully furniture, We house two people in each apartment,  The monthly service fee includes meals and utilities. 

Our Mission: To provide safe, affordable, and stable housing to the underserved population, adult men and women, aged 21 and over.  To provide rapid Re-housing and permanent supportive housing to those in need, along with comprehensive supportive services, case management, and peer support services. To ensure that the underserved population is given the same opportunities to strive and become successful in achieving their new lifestyle goals.  We are dedicated and committed to making a difference in the lives of the underserved,  reaching out to the homeless population, those with physical and mental disabilities, those who are recovering from substance abuse, and individuals who are transitioning from the accountability court system re-entry program. We also include housing for our special population, our elderly, veterans, and persons living with HIV.

Our Vision: To reach out to the underserved population,  show compassion to those in need, and rescue those who have lost hope.
